Kibana version: 6.4.0 snapshot

Browser version: IE11

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Add data tutorial screen is broken on IE.

Empty space:
extra_space

Buttons out of bounds:
buttons_out_side

Text out of bounds:
text_outside

The text out of bounds and buttons are not a regression.
The header wasn't perfect in 6.3.0, but it was a bit better.
ie_630

From what i've seen it seems that IE allocates the space for the expanding image as well, this is why there is such a large padding after the main paragraph.

The empty space is caused by image component bug in IE: elastic/eui#971
