Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Open Kibana, log in
  2. Tab to the "Infrastructure" Tab on the main nav
  3. Press enter

Actual Result

  1. Screen reader reads "Kibana" and no other context. User must tab all the way to the search bar

Expected Result

  1. Screen reader should announce change of context and auto-focus the main interactivity element, allowing the user to just start typing
