Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Navigate to Infrastructure
  2. Ensure there is data to visualize
  3. Try to tab to or otherwise interact with the visualization

Actual Result

  1. Nothing in the visualization, which also contains UI elements, is keyboard navigable

Expected Result

  1. UI elements within the visualization should be keyboard accessible
