Summary
Previously, the name of the default Kibana saved object index was hardcoded to
.kibana. With this PR, the code will now be using the configured value from Kibana itself.Checklist

I coulda sworn I saw a PR with plugin-level tests; but can't seem to find it ATM. It's probably worthwhile to add a jest test for this, will poke around and see if I can figure out the best way to do that, if we don't already have a plugin test.
