Summary
This records the random seed that was used if a seed value is not passed in as a parameter. This makes it easy to reproduce a run and track down bugs that might be intermittent.
To reproduce a run where you didn't specify the seed, just copy the seed from the output e.g.
No seed supplied, using random seed: 0.7335019107006462and pass it back in to the CLI using the--seedparameter.Checklist
