We're establishing a bad pattern here with simulate and now this. This url could conflict with the ingest config endpoints (which will eventually support GET) if the user creates an index called processors.
We either need to come up with different urls for this endpoint and simulate, or we should move the existing ingest API endpoints to something like /api/kibana/ingest/config/{id}. What do you think?

Per our discussion, I agree that we can resolve this potential conflict by putting those urls under the config category.

`v86.0.0`⏩`v87.1.0`⚠️ The biggest set of type changes in this PR come from the breaking change that makes `pageSize` and `pageSizeOptions` now optional props for `EuiBasicTable.pagination`, `EuiInMemoryTable.pagination` and `EuiDataGrid.pagination`. This caused several other components that were cloning EUI's pagination type to start throwing type warnings about `pageSize` being optional. Where I came across these errors, I modified the extended types to require `pageSize`. Adds new ingest/processors endpoint to the kibana REST api
Adds method to the ingest service
Adds logic to the pipeline_setup that limits the items in the processors dropdown to those that match what comes back from the endpoint.
