[DOCS] Check references of "index patterns"

Related issue: elastic/kibana#109284

Index patterns are being renamed to data views; as such, we need to check references of the former. Keep in mind: the actual string of indices is an index pattern. A data view is a saved index pattern in the Kibana settings.
