Threads: Real-time typing notifications

Remove the real-time typing notification when a user is typing in a Thread.

We have received feedback from users during testing that it is confusing to see another users' typing notification in the main timeline when they're responding in a Thread. We'd like to remove the notification altogether when a user is typing in a thread.

Why
The purpose of Threads is to help distinguish signal from noise, and to help move closer to asynchronous conversations. Threads are topics of conversation that users could dive into (or not) and read more about the topic if the root message. Seeing a real-time notification in the timeline, or in the thread panel would only encourage users to read & respond immediately which is not the intention of threads. Also, Notifications & Filters should keep users involved with their convo's.

Web solution
Disabled the typing notifications altogether for Threads and only show typing notifications in Timeline.
