[Epic] Permalink: navigate to first unread message

Description

As a user entering a room with many unread messages, I want to be able to click on a button which will scroll the timeline to the first unread message so that I can resume reading the room at the position I stopped reading it.

This will be possible as soon as navigating to permalink support is added to the application.

@VolkerJunginger @bmarty Any update on this? In matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#3052 (comment), support was apparently planned for end of April. Is there a new ETA?

Also referencing element-hq/element-x-android#2116, matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#3052 and matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk#1103.

Rust SDK support seems to have arrived in the meantime.
