Message with an empty link (href "") causes Element to reload when clicked

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a message with a link containing an empty href, example replication;

Outcome

What did you expect?

Nothing to happen - as if it was href="#" instead, or for it to not even allow a press (how NeoChat handles it)

What happened instead?

Clicking the link reloads Element, dropping you back to the title screen
