Slimming down the /automata directory as it was starting to bloat.
Further, this commit is removing /automata/core in order to reduce import statement length across the codebase.
The most important impact of this PR is the fact that test symbols will no longer be part of the default index & symbol rank workflow, as only symbols in /automata are built. We should think about whether or not this is desired behavior.
