and maybe a bit #823 with web log buffer dynamically reduced.
The setting is now renamed to "max buffer size", real buffer size reduces one by one if maxAlloc goes below 45k and increases back to setting if maxAllox is > 50k. (Could happen if mqtt queue is filled with ha config messages).
A lot of commits, but i've tried to cleanup, it's not so much changes.
