  1. feat: Add auto-deploy type Auto-stable (#139) 

    With Auto-stable, the auto-deploy type operator takes
the currently built tag passed to the CDStageDeploy and,
for other applications, all stable versions.
The latest tag will be used if the application
doesn't have a stable version.
