Update CI jobs that runs e2e test to use `macos-14` in addition to the other MacOS runners. Additionally add it as a supported runner in the docs.

Summary
Update CI jobs that runs e2e test to use
macos-14in addition to the other MacOS runners. Additionally add it as a supported runner in the docs.This runner was released today and is still in beta, hence this won't be merged yet.
