This fixes issues with `ssl_verify_fun` preventing tests to be run
Uses `Logger.warning/1` instead of `Logger.warn/1` for Elixir 1.11+.

I know there are already some PR's open to bump
amqpto the latest version, but this includes fixes to deprecations likeMix.Configand Logger.warn/1`. I can split this into multiple PR's to give priority to #84 or #85.This PR includes the following:
