crossDomainMessageContext()the cross domainsenderandsourceare returned both at once, to avoid having to do 2 different calls in order to get those values.Tests

The
SuperchainWETHsendERC20()andrelayERC20functions weren't modified to callcrossDomainContext()because they will be removed on a subsequent PR
