What was wrong?

There was no good starting point to explore and learn the wider Web3.py ecosystem.

How was it fixed?

Added Resources and learning material page in Documentation.

Inspired by the similar Vyper page.

I hope to add more material and links later.

Note: We should make sure the page is also published in the stable branch of documentation.

Thanks for the idea and PR! Feels like a good starting point. I've been scheming up a 'hackathon resources' page for a while, but I can work that into a generic resources page like this. Approving and I'll merge after a couple nitpicks, like a warning that this team is not vetting each community project submission, DYOR, etc.
