Jureca Booster

Compilation on Jureca and the Booster module currently requires the following module collection because QPhiX cannot (apparently) be linked using ICC 18. See https://github.com/JeffersonLab/qphix/issues/115 for details.

The required version combinations are only available in Stage/2017a, see http://www.fz-juelich.de/ias/jsc/EN/Expertise/Supercomputers/JURECA/Software/Software.html?nn=1803760#Stages for details on how to switch.
