@vvatikiotis they replied yesterday that they haven't sent them yet because they are doing post-processing. We could follow up them tomorrow and ask what's the status.

Allright. I thought that they had already mailed the first batch. Apparently they will be sending everything in one batch.

Bad news (as I expected):

TL;DR; The package came and half of the material are pure DVD videos and the rest (which were supposed to be "HD") are the same shitty quality just upsampled at 720p. Also I paid 7€ for the courrier services.

Will come back with more info and how we should handle this.

Their contract states 1080p, so they will be in breach if they don't deliver.
Have we paid them yet?

The quality is bad even on the source (!) dvd videos they gave us.
I am suspecting that instead of recording the video from the camera (or
video mixer for that matter) they were capturing it from the web stream.
