Progress logs for Templated Pages

For projects that lots of templated pages, there is no user feedback that they are loading. Instead the console just freezes and shows no logs for some time - which is confusing for new users.

There was a PR submitted for this (#1859), but has a few things that should be addressed:

• Requires finding templated pages ahead of time, hopefully this isn't needed
• Uses chokidar, which should be considered deprecated and moved to vite watchers

Some stretch goals for this issue:

• Logs when any page is created, not just a parameterized one
• Times the build time for each page specifically, this helps identify heavy pages
