Ok I found a list of the headers in their pyton lib => https://github.com/sendgrid/sendgrid-python/blob/master/sendgrid/helpers/mail/header.py

@moux2003 I used this list from https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/Web_API_v3/Mail/errors.html#-Headers-Errors
(under "Header can not be one of the reserved keys.")
