Description

• Add new module openshift-model-tuned/ for OpenShift Note Tuning operator model
• Add new DSL entrypoint openShiftClient.tuned() in OpenShiftClient DSL
  Related to Add support for all OpenShift resources in OpenShiftClient DSL #2949
