It happens to me that i want to exit editing when the hidden textarea loose the focus.
Once that happens, exitEditing will run a blur event, that will again run textEditing, on an object that lost the hiddenTextarea shortly before.
With the code written in this way, the error does not happen.
No functional changes, but is now possible to add an event on the
focuslost
event on the hiddenTextarea
