Using automake 1.11.3 and autoconf 2.68 I was running in to a couple of issues.
AC_DEFINE wanted a third parameter as a description, otherwise autoreconf --install would fail
autoreconf was also failing because there was test name duplication
At some point, there is a dependency on boost::system but the library was never being referenced.
