metro-bundler, and its dependency jest-haste-map, should support any flavor of slashes coming from watchman on Windows. On non-windows OSes we probabyl should still consider \ as a non-special character.

This would solve facebook/watchman#479

jestjs/jest#4018 should have been the final fix needed. Please feel free to reopen if the problem is still happening on the latest version of jest/metro.
