Summary
Upgrade React Native CLI to latest version that has a nice configuration interface so that we can avoid passing
reactNativePathall the time.This fixes Metro not starting properly in some cases, especially when we can't set this command (e.g. launchPackager.command).
This is WIP. Need to release 2.0.0-alpha.5 and then, update again.
