Fixes Firefox fails to switch out of iframe #205, have confirmed that the iframe tests are working again in firefox and the problem is fixed in my own projects.
Added missing Test.Sdk so VS Integration works correctly when running the test projects
Fixed some broken XML docs
General dependency update and Csproj cleanup (I'd suggest not using the nuget release note tag, it's a waste of time)
