• Proposal: Introducing Governance Standards for Filecoin Request for Comment - This proposal introduces the idea of a Filecoin Request for Comment (FRC) as well as its related workflow. An FRC (much like an Ethereum Request for Comment, or EIC) is a governance standard for introducing non-consensus -dependent standards and protocol changes.
• Capability to skip deals for Indexing - This discussion topic piggybacks on the forthcoming Filecoin Indexer Proposal and seeks input about the type of data that ought to be indexed.
