Describe the bug:

Test are intermediately failing in CI:

This appears to be related to: golang/go#43996 (comment)

Steps to Reproduce:

Run lily CI test suite

Lily Version: master

Solution is to increase CI instance size to xlarge as the instance was running out of memory
