Please deploy the Wallaby testnet with the following Lotus release.

Scope

This release contains patches for the Carbonado.1 release. Concretely:

  • It makes it possible to send value from Eth smart contracts to Eth accounts.
  • Fixes various Eth JSON-RPC API issues, including the infamous 0x0 transaction hash being reported for pending transactions, leading to hardhat failures.
