Basic (Legacy) support for Hyva themes, rely on browser level lazyloading where possible #14

  • Magento 2.4 onwards supports lazyloading in the default templates, we no longer need custom templates. Plugin and the associated templates/config have been removed
  • Fixed config inconsistency with the preload feature

Ideally this module would be deprecated from version 2.4 onwards but this PR is adding 'legacy support'.
