coreos: add qemu-guest-agent to image

Qemu-guest-agent gets activated using a udev rule, and so will only run when the correct virtio-port name is detected. Qemu-guest-agent is used across several oems so we include it in the usr partition.

Requires flatcar-archive/portage-stable#373

How to use

emerge-amd64-usr qemu-guest-agent

Testing done

Build tested, will test images produced by CI.

  • Changelog entries added in the respective changelog/ directory (user-facing change, bug fix, security fix, update)
  • Inspected CI output for image differences: /boot and /usr size, packages, list files for any missing binaries, kernel modules, config files, kernel modules, etc.
