Add function check earlier and prevent the plugin to be loaded when EDD is not activated.

"Fatal error: call to undefined function edd_get_option() in /.../edd-software-license-manager\edd-software-license-manager.php on line 83"

ATTENTION:

I just discovered that the fix I submitted earlier to check for the existence of 'Easy Digital Downloads' and exit early

BREAKS the Extension Settings for the plugin.

Please Discard That part of my changes.
