Render > NoCaveCulling disables Mojang's optimisation algorithm that is supposed to reduce amount of rendered caves to boost FPS. However it doesn't always work well, especially for high FOV settings.

Recommended to enable, especially for use with other cheat modules such as Markers (required).

If you have a slow GPU, enabling may lead to poor performance.
