In #183 @graue said:

It would also be nice to have the release date.

If we add this, we should consider adding it for all track formats, i.e. MP3 & FLAC

Fixes freerange#185

Adds release date to the track metadata
This commit adds release date to the FLAC metadata
The subsequent commit will add this field to MP3 metadata
