This branch gets all v3 changes merged in so that we can keep working on them. When those are done and merge into this branch, this branch will be merged into the dev branch, merging all breaking changes in one go. Breaking changes are loosely defined as all things that require manual adjustment to keep FredBoat running for selfhosters.
