Changes:

• Infinite scrolling now pauses after the first 3 pages and once every 5 pages.
• Multiple links will now flash if opened using the middle wheel click.
• Topcolors is now disabled when the theme is enabled.

Fixes

• The gear icon now displays properly in pages where the "Hacker News" logo isn't present when the theme is disabled.
• The gear icon's clickable area is now properly positioned onto the gear.
