Latest update CI breakage

Hey!

I've started getting CI errors in my projects after updating to the latest version (v48.9) of your plugin

Downgrading to v48.8 fixes the issue

Same issue as above.

OS: Windows 11
Node version: 22.5.1
eslint-plugin-jsdoc: 48.9.0
