Fix entrances for adult blue warps as child

With ER disabled, entering adult blue warps as child could lead to crashes and other glitches, because the game reads out of bounds data when loading those entrances in the child layers.
This is fixed by replacing them with their corresponding warp song entrances if Link is child.

It's worth mentioning that this prevents exploiting the glitched Graveyard blue warp entrance as child to enter the Tomb without ZL.
