A Template for A Reproducible Research Website

Over the course of my Ph.D. work, I developed a way to use GitHub and GitHub pages as a means to maintain, perform, and present my scientific research in an open source manner. Associated with this website template is a repository template.

How to use

This template can be used either as a stand-alone website or be included as a branch in another repository. Both of these use cases are described in this wiki, along with information about populating the website with your information.
