User can :

Browse its contact list
Send a connection request to contact
Delete a contact
See each contact request state
Display pending requests
Display waiting for approbation requests
Resend a contact request
Tag a contact
Display posts or pictures that corresponds to a tag
Send posts or pictures to only contact tagged with a given tag

Contact states are :

Trusted : conctact has been approved
Waiting for approbation : contact waits that Newebe owner accepts its request
Waiting : Newebe owner waits for that contacts accepts its request
Error : Technical errors occured, request failed
