Schema / Remove iso19115 and fgdc-std from the default schema plugins

Angular app does not support the ISO19115-FDIS and FGDC-STD in view or editing mode. Those 2 plugins are not really used anymore.

I proposed to retire those 2 plugins which will remain available in the 2.10.x series.

Anyone who would like to have them back to branch 3.x could create a plugin in the schema repository (https://github.com/geonetwork/schema-plugins).

+1 for me, but should be clear in the 3.0 documentation so people that requires any of that profiles should remain in 2.10 until the plugins are migrated to version (if this happens)

Schema dropped and info added in the FR/EN doc about standards available in the default installation, older standard like fgdc-std and iso19115 requiring 2.10.x- and other standards available in the schema repo on github.
