Reports / Fix extract user groups for non-admin users #7742

Test case:

  1. Create a new user with the roles: UserAdmin and Reviewer in the Sample group
  2. Login as the new user
  3. In the Admin console > Reports select a report
  • Without the fix: the group is listed 3 times (NO OK).
  • With the fix: the group is listed 1 time (OK).

Checklist

I can confirm there is now only 1 group
