Trying to integrate this into
RasterRegionraises more questions:Currently signature of
RasterRegion.raster: Option[Raster[MultibandTile]]seems very clunky considering that current implementation ofRasterRegiondoes not allow creating region that does not intersect source and the that expected behavior is for raster region to buffer out missing pixels. The implication seems to be thatRasterRegionwill do its best to produce an expected tile. So theOptionpart doesn't make so much sense, only exceptional failures might prevent production of the result.
