Page Menu displayed but expecting Page Title

I've recently discovered that I can include Font Awesome icons in the menu frontmatter field (truly awesome😉). However, I've noticed that when editing a Page the menu item seems to used for the Admin Panel page title instead of the page title itself - is this intentional? I'd expect title to be used, as it is used in the Page list.
