Context
The dev of Hubspot integration is done and we can now remove the FF logic
Description
This PR removes all logic around
HUBSPOT_INTEGRATIONFF, also put back a default FF otherwise the type checking fails, maybe we could improve this but I find it ok to put back the default. Let me know if you have a better idea
