fixed confix so that it works with multiple .yaml config files and fixed type checking for late instantiated class objects
yaml does not need to specify encoding on open file
There are tweaks to the code that enables multiple yaml files to be loaded for one .py file
requires opening the file with 'rb' for read bytes, this gets a bytestring
