Folder structure changed for compatibility with cpanm.

Moved the files from a subfolder to main folder. The subfolder was preventing this module from being installable by cpanm.

I would say a) try to contact the author and then b) send the email to [email protected]

If you don't get any traction after a week or two, you can update this ticket and I'll try to round up a PAUSE admin to see about next steps.
