The api will discard the Users field for servers (VMware templates with DEPLOY_SCRIPT bootstrapmethod) during creation. Closes #58

Both KVM and VMware servers can have a Users field now.
During creation, if the VMware template selected doesn't support cloud-init, it will just discard the Users field.
