Moving docs into a translation tool (such as weblate) is something I am supportive of, this at least is an interim step of removing many of the docs that haven't been updated in some time.
These languages haven't been present on the docs site in over half a year as well.
I have kept zh-cn as they are still used in docs site, and may not be as up to date as english, at least have received many updates this past year.
